Neuadd Wen is a 3-bedroomed bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac a few yards from the A5025 road, which provides quick access to the mainland and to other parts of Anglesey. It can be reached in about 15 minutes from the A55 at Junction 8 just off the Britannia bridge.

The capacity is 5 people, sleeping in one double, one twin and one single room; bed linen is provided at no extra charge. The bed in the single room is smaller than the others, suitable for a child or small adult. There is a bathroom with bath and instant shower and a separate WC.

Living accommodation comprises an L-shaped lounge/diner and a recently rebuilt fitted kitchen. There is satellite TV (free channels only) and a DVD player.

The house has storage heaters (which heat up in the afternoon as well as overnight), an immersion heater for the main tank and an instant hot water tank for the kitchen sink.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, grill, oven, coffee maker and washing machine.

Outside, facing south, there is a small sheltered rear garden with table and chairs. At the front there is parking space.
