Rental Cost, per week, 2008

The rental includes bed linen but excludes towels.

The property will be available at 4.30pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

An Electricity supplement of £25 per week for arrivals between November 1st and March 31st. Central Heating is by electric storage heaters which are powered overnight and in the afternoon.

Discount available for the use of fewer than 4 beds except in the High Season. Couples are welcome.

Regrettably, we have to ask for a small refundable household deposit of £50 to cover any accidental breakage or damage.

Clients are advised to take out cancellation insurance.

If you do cancel, we will endeavour to re-let the property, but if we fail to do so, the following refund rates will be paid, dependent on the number of weeks before the date of arrival when notification is received by post or email.

More than 8 weeks - refund 85% of whole cost.
Between 8 and 4 weeks - refund 45% of whole cost.
Less than 4 weeks - no refund.

If we are successful in re-letting the property, we will retain £40 administration charge.
